The Humphrey Fellowship is a fully funded, ten-month non-degree year in the US for mid-career public service professionals. Here are the six fields, eligibility rules, country deadlines, benefits and application steps.

University of Melbourne Graduate Research Scholarships cover PhD and research master's tuition and pay a tax-free stipend of about AUD 39,500 a year. Round 1 for 2027 entry closes 31 October 2026.

The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) is a bond-free A*STAR PhD scholarship with full tuition and a S$2,700 to S$3,200 monthly stipend. The August 2027 intake closes 1 December 2026.

The WMF Empowerment Through Education Scholarships, now the Wells Mountain Initiative Scholars Program, part-fund a first degree at home for students from developing countries. Apply from 1 December 2026 to 1 March 2027.

Macquarie University's Vice-Chancellor's International Scholarship takes up to AUD 10,000 off tuition for international bachelor's and master's students in Sydney. Here are the grade rules, exclusions and how to apply for 2027.

The Ampère Excellence Scholarship pays international master's students EUR 1,000 a month for 12 months at ENS de Lyon, renewable for M2. Apply with your master's application by 23 January 2027.

The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship pays international master's students EUR 1,200 a month and PhD students EUR 2,100 a month in France. Universities nominate candidates by 6 January 2027; most close their own rounds in November 2026.

The NL Scholarship (formerly the Holland Scholarship) gives non-EEA students €5,000 for their first year at 34 participating Dutch institutions. See the full list and each university's 2027 deadline.

The Lund University Global Scholarship covers part or all of tuition for non-EU/EEA students starting a master's at Lund in autumn 2027. Rank Lund first by 15 January 2027 and apply for the scholarship by 16 February 2027.

The Swedish Institute Scholarship for Global Professionals pays full tuition, SEK 12,000 a month and a travel grant for a master's in Sweden. Apply to your programme by 15 January 2027 and to SI by 24 February 2027.
